Class Timetable

At Powerhouse, our training is built on structure, intent, and evidence-based practice.

Our STRENGTH classes are dedicated resistance training classes, strategically organised by fundamental movement patterns to ensure balanced muscular development and long-term progression. Each session has a clear focus, Strength A (upper body pushing), Strength B (upper body pulling), and Strength C (lower body), allowing for targeted overload, technical refinement, and optimal adaptation.

Our Hybrid classes are high-intensity, functional training classes designed to develop well-rounded athleticism. By challenging the body across multiple planes of movement, these sessions integrate strength, conditioning, and coordination to enhance energy expenditure, movement efficiency, and physical resilience.

Every session at Powerhouse is intentionally programmed and professionally coached, ensuring a level of structure, progression, and individual attention that supports both beginners and experienced lifters in achieving meaningful, measurable results.
